Can I trek Bwindi gorillas twice?: With the highest number of habituated mountain gorilla families living in the thick tropical forest of Bwindi, travelers can trek mountain gorillas twice on different days. The double gorilla trekking can be done in the same sector on the same gorilla family or two different gorilla families in different sectors. Bwindi located in the southwestern part f the country has 4 different sectors having more than two mountain gorilla families available for trekking.

There is nothing much need for one to trek bwindi gorillas twice. One they should be 15 years, physically fit, and above and the other thing is they must have 2 gorilla trekking permits.
