Where is Mountain Rwenzori: Mountain Rwenzori is located in Africa continent. Mountain Rwenzori is found inside Rwenzori Mountains national park in Uganda. Rwenzori Mountains is located on the western side of Rwenzori Mountains national park on the borders of Uganda and DR Congo. Rwenzori Mountains is 120 kilometers long and 65 kilometers wide with part of the mountain expanding to Virunga national park of DR Congo.
In Uganda, hikers can find Rwenzori mountains in Kasese district on the western side of Rwenzori Mountains national park. Rwenzori Mountains national park is the heist mountain in Uganda and the third tallest in the whole of Africa. This mountain is 5109 meters tall making it the tallest mountain in Uganda.
Rwenzori mountains has 5 different massifs which include Mount Stanley at 5109 meters, Mount Baker at 4843 meters, Mount Emin at 15,741 meters, Mount Gessi at 15,469 meters, and Mount Luigi di Savoia at 4627 meters. Mount Stanley has different peaks but Margherita peak is the highest at 5109 meters above sea level.
