The easiest route is from Kampala to Masindi where you access the national park and drive for about 60km to get to the lodge. But again travelers can still use the northern gates to access the park however they will get to the lodge after the ferry crossing.

By air transport, travelers who hate traveling for long distances can access Red Chill Rest Camp by to Bugugu airstrip which is located on the southern bank of the park. There are chattered flights by Bar Aviation Uganda, and Aerolink Uganda at Kajjansi airstrip or Entebbe international airport to Bugugu airstrip which take 1 hour.

Best time to stay at Red Chill Rest Camp

Tourists can stay at Red Chill Rest Camp at any time of the year they are visiting Murchison falls national park for a safari.
